Refund Policy

When the customer buys our products/services, the purchase is not entitled to any refund. For example, if a customer buys any online batch/service, it is non-refundable. However, if a customer purchases any batch by mistake, they can request to change it to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of the purchase. Therefore, the customer should check the complete system and decide to make payment in the case of books. Furthermore, if the product received is damaged/lost by the courier partner, the customer is entitled to a replacement. However, in case of a wrong address given or books not accepted by customers, the purchase will not be entitled to a refund.
